Phalen and Chad were married at the Old State Capital and celebrated back at the Hilton Downtown. For the ceremony at the Old State Capital, Phalen wore a beautiful mermaid style dress with a cathedral style veil that went perfectly with her half up and half down updo by Verde Beauty. The bridesmaids had beautiful flowy blush chiffon dresses, that paired beautifully with their white bouquets. As the celebration started at the Hilton Downtown, Phalen changed into a white jumpsuit that look amazing on her.
