As part of the Verde Beauty team, artists are contracted for weddings and events based on availability, skill set, location, and client needs.

Verde handles the client communication, booking details, timelines, contracts, and payment collection so that artists can focus on showing up prepared and providing an excellent service.

Artists are expected to review all event details, arrive prepared, stay on schedule, and represent Verde Beauty with professionalism from start to finish.

Verde Beauty specializes in on-location bridal hair and makeup for weddings, events, and special occasions. Our clients trust us not only because of the beauty services we provide, but because of the organization, communication, and calm presence we bring to some of the most important days of their lives.

Our clients are often brides, mothers, bridal parties, planners, and photographers. The way we

Communication Expectations

All client communication is handled through Verde Beauty unless otherwise directed.

Artists should not privately book, solicit, or communicate with Verde clients outside of approved event needs. This helps protect the client experience, keeps details organized, and ensures everyone is working from the same information.

Timely communication with the Verde team is essential. If you are offered an event, we ask that you respond as quickly as possible so we can keep the booking process moving smoothly.

Education + Growth

Verde Beauty is committed to continued education and growth.

We want artists who are excited to improve, stay current, and refine both their artistry and their client experience. Training, content days, and updated standards may be part of the team experience as we continue to develop.

Social Media + Portfolio Expectations

We love sharing our artists’ work and celebrating the team.

When posting work from a Verde Beauty event, Verde Beauty must be visibly tagged either in the caption or on-screen text. This helps keep the work properly credited and connected to the brand that booked and managed the event.

As our artist program continues to grow, additional tagging and portfolio guidelines will be shared.

Before Joining the Team

Before officially being added to the Verde Beauty artist roster, we may ask for:

  • Portfolio review

  • Availability details

  • Service specialties

  • Kit and sanitation standards

  • A phone call or meeting

  • A model/demo service

  • Agreement to Verde Beauty policies and expectations

This helps us make sure every artist is aligned with our standards before representing the brand at weddings and events.
