About The Role
This is a primarily remote support role focused on:
Client communication
Answering phones
Scheduling assistance
Booking support
Operational organization
Wedding weekend communication support
This is NOT:
A social media role
A passive admin/data-entry position
A pathway into professional bridal hair or makeup artistry
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys support-based operational work and client communication.
Responsibilities May Include
Answering inquiry calls
Returning missed calls
Assisting with booking inquiries
Scheduling calls and appointments
Communicating with clients via phone, text, and email
CRM organization and updates
Assisting with scheduling and operational follow-through
Helping troubleshoot small issues during busy wedding weekends
Supporting communication flow while our team is onsite at events

Has strong organizational and time management skills

Availability
Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Primarily remote
In-person availability needed 1–2 weekdays every other week
Occasional remote weekend availability during wedding weekends/events
