Wedding Wednesday | Nicole D. | Race & Religious
How did you meet?
“Chris and I met at work. He was doing his residency at a clinic that I was working at. He asked me out to a happy hour a couple of months of us working in the same office. The happy hour never happened, so he decided to ask me out on a date.”
“We went to Charleston, SC for my birthday. We stayed at Middleton Inn, which was know for having the largest garden. We went on a picnic in one of the gardens and that is when he asked me. Very romantic!”
What made you choose where you got married?
“We loved how different the venue was”
What were your special details or parts of the wedding that were specific to you?
“We had a vintage typewriter so that people could type love letters”
What did you choose to do as your favors?
“Little bottles of champagne and customized luggage tags from Curry Leather”
Did you incorporate any wedding traditions from you or your partners families?
“We didn't, but we did have my aunt marry us, which was very special”
Nicole wore a beautiful vintage style Kenna Gown purchased from BHDLN. She accessorized her gown perfectly with Lisi Lerch earrings.
